How To Order/Terms and Conditions

1. Pick a theme/design that you like.

2. Fill up the Form: Contact Form or email me at with the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Location
- Party date
- Theme
- Number of invitations/banners/goody bags/doors signs

Timeline of Processing invitations:
I can only accept one order a week. I will schedule you on my calendar. I am usually booked a month ahead so please consider the time frame when booking. It takes me 1 week to make up to 50 invitations. So, if I scheduled you that week, I will ship them to you that same week.

I usually squeeze orders with same theme I am currently working or scheduled. Which means, even if I am booked 1 month ahead, if my order the following week is 'Princess theme' and your order will be the same, I can squeeze you in.


Vary, depending on the design but to give you an idea here are the price range:
- Invitations: $3.50-5 each. Minimum of 10 invitations.

- Flat Invitations $2.50- 2.75

- Happy Birthday Banner: $25, if you want to add name, its $1 per letter.

- Door Sign: $15

- Cake topper $15

- Gift tags .75 each  
- Cupcake topper - .75 each
- Goody Bags: $1.25

*Price above is for the design I already have in place, what you see in my website. If you want additional embellishments, decorations, there's an additional fee to cover cost of materials. 

Paypal ONLY. No checks. No money order. If local, you can pay cash upon pick up. Full payment should be paid the same day I scheduled you

I use USPS Flat Rate Envelope $7.20 most of the time, it fits up to 25 invitations. It takes 3 days to arrive and tracking number is provided. If your order is bigger, it will be shipped in USPS Flat Rate Medium box $13.65
If you are within Phoenix, Arizona area, you can pick it up at our home to save on shipping.

All invitations are handmade so slight variations may occur between each item and any samples.

Envelope size is 4 3/4" x 6 1/2", all invitations are to be fit in this size accordingly. Not all invitations have envelope included, it depends on the shape of the invitations.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges. I Do Not Accept Returns and all sales are final unless it was a mistake on my part. In this case, all invitations must be returned to us within 7 days, client pays return shipping.

As each item is handmade to individual specifications, the client will be liable to cover all associate costs if an order is cancelled before Jingvitations receive full payment. 

Proofreading is the responsibility of the client. Any changes should be clearly marked on the proof. Final approval is to be confirmed in writing (email). If errors are found or changes requested after the client has given the final written approval, the client will be liable to pay full price for the creation of replacement items.

Jingvitations is not liable for any loss or damage caused by shipping, or responsible for any delays in delivery. 

Approval and payment on orders is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions.
